Some information on our Company:

        Professional Associates was formed in 1971 to provide billing services to Doctors For Emergency Service, the emergency physician group that staffs the ED of both Wilmington Hospital and Christiana Hospital of the Christiana Care Health System. The subsequent years were a period of growth for our Company, however, the business primarily involved billing for hospital based emergency physicians. In 1995 we acquired Doctors Bookkeeping Service, a local billing service that specialized in billing for anesthesiologists, radiologists, and private physician practices, and like our Company, had been providing quality services for a number of years, (since 1966). The merger of our two Companies gave us the ability to pool our resources and create one company dedicated to providing billing services to a wide variety of health care providers. Today, Professional Associates business volume is comprised of approximately sixty percent hospital based and forty percent private practice groups. Our full time staff of over ninety employees is providing billing services to health care providers in Pennsylvania, Delaware and Maryland.
